Great board. I own 2 of these at 8’4” one in Nz one in Fiji. I ride them as a 2+1 in weak as east coast to fat double overhead west coast all the way to 5ft cloudbreak in Fiji.
No other board I’ve owned compares to the wave catching ability of these , it’s very addictive and I have a hard time grabbing anything else from my quiver ... I am regularly able to compete with guys on paddleboards for the best set waves with this board . It catches waves like a 10footer but then feels like it’s in the upper 7 foot range once you’re up and performing the big turns and cutbacks it’s capable of .
I absolutely love this board !
Disclaimer - the water is heavy at double overhead and you need to be smart with equipment of this size or any size for that matter .
