Foil Drive Batteries

Foil Drive Batteries are designed to give you the perfect balance of power, runtime, and weight for your foiling style. At Underground Surf we stock the full NZ range, including Gen2 Assist MAX and Slim batteries such as the Sport, Power, Endurance, and Travel packs. Each battery is built with high-density lithium-ion cells, IP68 protection, and optimised for reliability on the water.

When choosing a Foil Drive battery, think about your discipline:

  • Slim Performance/Travel – lighter and punchier, perfect for surf or short sessions.

  • Slim Endurance – extended runtime for longer foils and lighter riders.

  • MAX Sport – reduced weight with powerful output for performance-focused sessions.

  • MAX Power – maximum runtime and thrust, ideal for heavier riders or longer adventures.
